Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

In addition to the benefit plans you elect, TreeHouse offers an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) that can help you manage and maintain your health. This benefit is automatically available to you and your immediate family at no cost, with no enrollment required. Take advantage!

EAP representatives can provide assistance with:

  • In-person (up to 5 face-to-face sessions), online and telephone support for issues such as childcare, eldercare, financial and legal services
  • Clinical support (by phone) for work and life challenges
  • Health and wellness counseling

You and the members of your household can receive up to 5 in-person consultations with a licensed clinician as part of your EAP benefit.* Call 1-888-319-7819 to speak with a clinician, request a referral or schedule an appointment.

Blue Access for Members

Find what you need at Blue Access for MembersSM (BAM)

BAM is your online resource for health and wellness information. You can also use BAM from your internet enabled mobile device. Here's how BAM can help:

  • Your coverage: check your health care benefits and those for covered members of your family
  • Your health: make more informed decisions by reading about health and wellness topics and researching specific conditions
  • Your claims: view and arrange details such as payments, dates of service, provider names, claims status and more
  • Your health care providers: find a doctor or hospital in the network, and use Google MapsTM to get directions
  • Your forms and documents: use the form finder to get medical, dental, pharmacy and other forms quickly and easily
  •  And more: print a temporary member ID card, order a replacement card and receive alerts about new claims
